Image only forum with user comments after.

Similar to that of the yaxay.com graphical sections on his forums, how would one go about setting it up so that the first user created thread is an image with comments. Everyone else posts comments under it?

i belive this will require hacking of showthread.php, try asking at vbulletin.org
