Remove text from top

How can i remove the text from the top in the first pic, while keeping the distance like in the second pic. I know this is a few lines of code in the forumhome template. I just have tried everything as my page background color is black and body bgcolor is dark grey. I have tried everything. Maybe u guys can help me out. Once again i know how to remove the code... i just want to keep the space in between the top and the welcome panel.

Edit the forumhome template, basically, all you need to do is fine the following words:

Members
Threads
Posts
Welcome to our newest member,

Delet those and the variables (e.x. $variable) next to them.
