Forum Border Difficulties.
 
I applied the forum border mod, and it only borders my banner, I subtracted the banner reinstalled and it still did had the same problem. I changed the pixel of the border and it only made it larger around the area the banner is supposed to be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
