[ubb clone] load header and footer on redirect.

I use this on my forum as i used to use ubb and liked begin able to click back to my forumhome page while begin redirected after posting. someone asked me about this via email so im releasing it.

demo can be seen at kousetsu (link in sig)

in the standardredirect template find:

<body>

below it add:

$header

then find:

</body>

above it add:

$footer

thats it, now the header and footer will load on ridirects, this may slow down posting time for users on slower connections. BTW i know its simple but i deleate my emails and forget to respond to them before hand sometimes (i hardly ever use my email) so if i cant remember who sent it ill releases it. and sorry for not putting it in a txt file. for such a simple mod i dident think it was needed. SD if you want me to i will.
