Looking for SOMEONE to design a Vbulletin Board Forum For ME.
 

Ok i run a website and I am looking to pay somebody to design a vbulletin forum for me, it would contain useful hacks installed for my members. Also it would require banners rotation at the top of the page, full instructions would be given on contacting me.
