SEVERE error.. Picture is Attached.

Okay i have attached the picture to show what the problem is. When someone tried to register by replying or making a new thread and sees this screen, if they click on Login! or Register at the bottom it loads the wrong page www.domain.com/member.php and it is supposed to load www.domain.com/forums/member.php but the circled green ones load properly and the front page and the login at the bottom of the forums BOTH work fine... can somebody PLEASE tell me where i can edit this page or how i can fix this problem.. I am desperate.

It isnt the paths set up in the vb options... any semi logical thing i have tried 3 times over... :(

yes ive made alot, hehe to many to remember.. so what i need is to know which file or template is displayed in that picture so i can change it back! :)

error_nopermission_loggedin and error_nopermission_loggedout could be the ones.

Make sure you have $boardurl variables and NOT $siteurl etc.
