[Release] Browsing Forum Name Hack

Description: Adds a line about the moderated by which mentions what forum the user is browsing.

Screenshot: In next post

Attached below is the hack. It should work. But report anything that doesn't work. :)

Fixed it it as in my modedby template it had two <br>s in the front. Dont I feel stupid now :)

Won't they already know which forum they are browsing, because you have to be in a forum to see it?

For example, in that screenshot... it's right below the navbar, which displays the forum the user is in already.

lol... that was a question more than anything else... trying to understand exactly what it did.

I wasn't sure if that was all it did, or if it was something more.
