How do I get the border to be the same length on both sides instead of how it is now? Thanks in advance.

Yea the blue I just installed it so I didn't have time to change the color. I want it to lok something like the one here.

Like right now the border is lets say 5 pixels away from the forum on the left side but on the right side it's about 15 away from the forums. I want it to be the same length away from the forum. Hope I made myself clear that time.
