Moderate Template Mod Posts

I was just wondering if it would be possible to moderate the new threads that are created in the template mod forums (Postbit Modifications & Template Modifications)? There are just too many people not following the guidelines.

It becomes a real mess when we try to moderate it after the fact, so I thought perhaps moderating new threads would help. Replys to current threads would remain un-moderated. This would only apply to new threads.

What do you think?
