Transparency
 
For example, I would like to have an image background and for the template tables, I would want them in a darker shade but it still shows the background. Could that be possible by Javascript? Or can someone do one for me?

I would think that you would have to fake this effect with images. What I mean is that you'd have one image for your main background and another image for your forum background with the effect you desire. It would be difficult to do, but would depend largely on the type of background you're using.

There's no way to do this with JavaScript, I know that for sure.

I see. Alright. Like I'm trying to establish a Windows XP-like style and I wanted a transparency effect would go great with that style.
