I like very aspect of your forum except the mouse over effect...I hate that ****ing thing

Overall, not bad, but you need a header or logo of some sort, right now things look empty at the top.

A few things:

1. The blue border images used in the header and elsewhere don't really go with the color scheme. It's a bit harsh against the darker, flatter dark blue/grey color. I would suggest either changing the images, or your color scheme.

2. Change your postbit buttons to match the other custom buttons you've created. Your "Post Reply" button, for example, doesn't match your "profile" button.

3. In your Member Profiles, it's hard to read the black text against the dark blue background. Not enough contrast.

4. I do like how you've blocked out the various aspects of your postbit. You've got quite a lot going on there and having the dark blue/grey boxes helps break it up. It's a good idea.

5. Your "Private Event" button in your calendar is green, whereas all the other major buttons are blue.

6. Like SaintDog said, you need an image or something in the header. It's just a big blue box right now and looks like something is missing.
