Another slight problem with multiple warning groups
okay well this has just been pointed out to me by a member of one of our additional mod groups.
when they click the "view bob's warnings" link they do not see the "warned by" field. Immidiately I thought that this might be a template problem and infact I was able to fix it by adding another OR possibility to the if statement used to display the field in several templates; however, I thought I should post about this here so either an official fix can be made or so that this can be fixed in future releases if possible. I am pretty sure that there is an easier way to fix this and that he way I did it is very "dirty", I just didn't feel like going very deep into the code and figuring it all out when the author himself could probably do it in several minutes versus an hour of so it would take me just to figure out and find the part of code i need to modify. |
You are obviously right, there are some templates that were not modified to make use of the additional usergroups you can define for admins, supermods and mods. I corrected them in the latest version, and I also corrected the same problem in Warn.php and I did some other minor changes.
Please download version 3.4.13 (as soon as it is available) and apply the changes described there. Rgds |
