Warning Permissions

In the options, I set it to ALL for who can see warnings. Im logged in as a test user, and I still cannot view members warnings.

Bug?

Plain users should be able to see the warning points/bans/alerts, but not the warning themselves, i.e. they will never see a "View XYZ's warnings" link. Is that what you want? If not, please provide me with your settings, but I am pretty sure there is not bug there.
