Cellphone Uploader

I would like to integrate a Cellphone content uploader on my site. A user would put there mobile number in a profile field. and we would have a gallery or a specific thread which they can view the content and if they wanted they could just click a "sent to phone" button and be done with it. I am working on a basic uploader that will let you select a file from your computer but I would like to host the files. Is this possible? or am I asking to much....
