admin notes for each plug-in?

Now with the plug-in system in vBulletin 3.5, I was thinking it would be nice to have a place to add notes to each plug-in, so you can write down places you need to modify in the templates or files for the plug-in to work, custom modifications you made, instructions for others, changelog of the plug-in, version etc. What you guys think of this?
