Thread title is a link
 

Hi,

in vB 3.0.7 you can create a forum which is not a forum but a link.
In a forumview it would be nice if mods and admins could create threads which are no threads but links.
Instead of opening the thread by clicking on it it should redirect the user to the url which the mod or admin entered during the creation.

Creating such a link should be like creating a new thread within the forum and without a need to enter the modcp or admincp.
