March Madness Bracket script or module?

I want to create a tournament bracket contest where we have 20 listings. Then members can predict who wins each bracket as well as vote on each bracket. The winner who chooses the most correct bracket wins gets awarded. Anyone heard of a script like this?

but if possible have it even more advance where you can pick the winner along with a text field where you can write in by what round or how just in case there is a tie, you can use it as a tie breaker.
