Pls, give me some opinions about my layout..

We are a turkish community with 45.000 memberd..
As you guys are professionals for me..I would have some suggestions from you..(-/+) :)

I like your simple layout. The large Smilie and Sport icons are nice. A header background would be a good idea. Also change the default statusicons.

Try asking your members as they are spending the most time there.
