Has anyone heard of...
 
Has anyone heard of a vbulletin addon called: InfoNet or AstroSynthesis? If so please direct me towards it.

That is what it is but I have no idea if it is a full portal system or an addon to vba which I don't know if its either. Any help would be greatly appreciated in my search.

Are you talking about the 'role-playing' game itself or the system used for all the info you just linked to?

The page(s) you linked to is vba. They just renamed the cmps_index.php file to cms.php and set individual pages to be called 'view'.
