reinstalling hacks
 
I'm sure this has been asked a zillion times before, but I cannot seem to find the answer I need from searching.

Is there any EASY way to reinstall hacks once an upgrade has been done? The guy who does it for our site hates me each time i upgrade because he says reinstalling all the hacks is time consuming and not worth the bother. Can someone give me some easy steps in which to achieve this?

Look in the tutorial section for the upgrade guide... it has alot more information but the short version is that you use a comparision tool like beyond compare to compare the files and merge in any chages you've made. It would take you maybe all of 15 minutes.
