This should work but it doesnt give you a confirmation screen before it deducts. It will give you the thank you message which you can edit.

I uploaded it as is and I got this:

I was changing the variable message to a variable and forget a ;
Doh! I fixed the file if you want to redownload it.

Welcome. I've been trying to figure out how to add a confirmation screen but im a bit confuzzled by that at the moment.
