attachment files in remote server

Hi, I need this:

1. Server A: apache, web, mysql and VBULLETIN

the user navigate in the Server A when the user upload a file, the file is uploaded to the server B.

2. Server B: storage files, only qwith a php page (similar to the attachment.php) but with a check signature for the request is from server A.

¿Anybody have idea if this hack exist?
