phpadnew / vb question

I'm running phpadsnew in the user igs, when a user doesn't put his own sig banner I have a defaulkt set rotate, but it looks crazy that all default sigs on a page show the same banner, is there a way to have phpadsnew rotate banners randomly in these default sig spots on the same page?

EG see all the banners on this page are the same, refresh it, they change but are all the same again
