Moderators and Subforums
 
I have subforums within subforums. I would like to know if there is a way to NOT have "moderators filtering DOWN from the top level forum". In other words, I need different moderators in my subforums, than in my top level forum.....

possible? or is there a setting?

Not by default... everything is inherited in vB..

Might want to seperate that forum and move it onto its own for the easier solution...

Your problem seems to be

top level forum | moderator a b c
>child forum | moderator a b c d e f

But you don't want a b or c

So put the child forum somewhere where it can't get moderators a b and c

hmm ok, thanks for your help. I am surprized there is no hack for this yet....
