Streaming Video (from file-server)

What I really would like to do is upload a new video to my site each "week" so that users can stream it in window instead of downloading. And the newest ones would be on the frontpage while the rest would be in the video gallery. because mysql usually has a 2mb cap I would upload the vids manually and then link to them. This would obviously only be a feature for admins....users can only stream them.

Anyone know of such hack? Or maybe even wants to make a hack like that?
