Yeah it's in the pmtext table.

okay I found out where that is and everything. Now what do I do? I noticed that I can run query and stuff. do I put title in and then the message in and search or what? Never did mysql stuff. Ever

Try running a qeury like..
[sql]
SELECT *
FROM pmtext
WHERE fromuserid=(youruserid)
[/sql]

Once you see the results, edit the one you want to change.
