Event Sign Up Sheet

Does anyone know if someone has created an event signup sheet.

Let me explain:

I own a truck related site and want to host a event in several states across the us. I would to have a sheet that track all the members who signed up to go, who paid any fee due and what state they are in. I would also like to be able to assign a member as the delegate for that state. Let me know if this makes any sense.

is there anyway to have to added to threads like polls are? most of our events are listed in threads, and someone has to edit the attending list in the first post.

+1

I totally agree with this. On E90post.com, the events calendar is very INFREQUENTLY visited. People prefer to visit the threads, which allow for interaction, the posting of photos, maps, etc. The Calendar is not interactive.

In short, it would be nice to have the option to add to threads an EVENT ATTENDANCE ROSTER that, say, appears atop thread #1 (the way polls do), that keeps tally of who will be attending. Members reading the thread, instead of voting, simply indicate whethere they will attend, or not, or maybe.

On second thought, I can just create a poll I guess.
