paid subscription not changing default usergroup
We have paid subcriptions allowing access to various forums on our site. the problem is that for some reason to access all of the allowed features the default usergroup needs to be changed to one of the paid subscription usergroups in the subscriber's user profile i.e., the default usergroup "Registered User" needs to be changed to "Bronze Subscriber" for the paid subscriber to be able to access all of the features.
This I have to do manually. For each subscriber. Is there a way to make the process automatic after the subscriber has made his/her payment? We're using PayPal as the service of choice. Thanks! |
That should all be in admincp / subscriptions / Usergroup Options Change the primary to the one they are buying into and the secondary as the one they were coming from.
