Cannot Log into Admin CP at all.

EDIT: I okay after trying and trying I did end up working.

Why would that have happened?

I have just got done doing the file uploads, running install and files edits.

I am now trying to log into my admin cp but I can't. I get the log in screen, I use my name and passy press log in. I do get the confermation page that thanks me for logging in but it loads right back to the log in screen.

I have searched and found no other issue like this so what could I have done wrong?
