Miscategorized button
 
I would be interested in Miscategorized button, which will be simmilar to "Report" button.

Moderator will get simple mail with suggestion where to move "Miscategorized" thread.

Next suggestion (not necessery): Founder of thread, will get PM that his thread was moved and where was moved. Maybe also request to consider next time where to put his thread...

If you have any suggestion how you deal with problems simmilar to mine, please let me know.

your first request can be simply a modification in the Report form, where users simply have to add a comment about moving the topic instead of complaining...
