My forum is not pirated (http://www.cyberxp9.net) see here are some words from the official download page: As a holder of a valid vBulletin license, you are entitled to download the latest version of the software from this private members page. To enable this option we require you to enter the URL of where your forums are installed. Please use the Edit License or Submit URL links.

Misunderstandings can happen. If you haven't already, please ensure that the email address you used when you registered your account here on vbulletin.org is the same that is listed in your members area for priority support so you can download stuff here and recieve support.
