server change = PROBLEMS!! Unable to add cookies or access forums.

The folks I get my webspace from recently changed who they do business with and transferred all my data from one place to another. Well, I can't access my forums at all.

At first I was getting an "unable to connect to database error", but now am getting "Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File: /home/rayzonz/public_html/forums/includes/config.php
Line: 107

"

I looked around for other discussions of this problem, but none seemed to fit the same scenario as this.

ALL help is greatly appreciated.

Thx.

Oh yeah, I wanted to add that I get the "cookie" message when I try to access anything related to the forums (admincp, index, etc).

problem resolved. the guys that run host my page reloaded everything and got it going. thx.
