5K seems to be very big amount here.
Although, site has good keyword optimizations + high PR on many pages.

Dammit, I had some issues after uninstalling a hack with the database, and you're still getting it? :(

There is no fixed fee regarding website sales. It all depends on unique visits, advertising revenue and a lot more :) I know of one forum on here who could probably sell up for well over $100USD and I'd estimate it go even go for 5 times up to that.
