RSS/JS Feed by Term not recent posts

If I want to have an RSS/JS feed for my forum, but instead of having the last 15 posts displayed in posting order, I only want the last 15 using a specific term. Example, ones using the term, 'football'...This way it will find and display the last 15 posts with the word football. Is this possible?
