Item and Buff Question...
 
First, yse I read the FAQ. :)

Second. I am still not clear on a few things. For one, all the items have a buff of 0 by default (unless my install was flawed) so no item is any better than the next, right? Next, the FAQ wasn't clear on the weight of buff. Is a higher buff better than a lower? Thanks.

correct ...3>2>1>0 you can set up the buffs yourself some dont want any buffs on their items others want alot
