Change the order of who receives emails first

At the moment when you email users of your board email is sent to the newest members first. How do I change this so that the oldest members receive emails before the newer members?

As I send out a weekly email my older users are getting there email later and later. I'd really like the oldest members to receive their emails before the newer members? Does anyone have any idea how I can acheive this?
