Private Messsage Confirmations.

Would anyone be able to create a hack that instead of having a pop-up box asking for a PM confirmation that it's a Checkbox in the PM compose window?

That's not only already been done, but it's not really a hack (IIRC). I've had this installed on my board for a year.
