Maximum Title Length?

Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to limit the thread title length displayed on the forumdisplay page? If so, is there a way to make it similar to the last post will appear once it goes beyond a certain length and adds (...) to it.

I originally thought that there was a setting for maximum thread title length, but I couldn't find it.

Edit: I'm using vb3 by the way. (Forgot to add that)

If anybody knows, it would be great. Thanks in advance!
