Intergrating paypal with join form

I got the paypal stuff set up in my admin area but now How do I get it to work with my join form
like on the join page
they will
Select what type of account they want
once they do that they click join after filling in all there info and then they go to the paypal page to pay
and then there account is active

is this just not possible?
