Error Message.. Please Help

Hi .. I am having problems with my vb chat... it seems each time my members log on, I get the following errors..

mysql error: Unknown column 'd_groupperms' in 'field list'

mysql error number: 1054

What could be the possible cause for this error..? and how can I fix it?
