Important Security Issue need help to combat this

Recently I had banned a very strange individual that was threatening members by hate posts, then hate pms, then hate email.

And then tracking people to other blogs or forums and doing the hate stuff there too.

When I banned this person, I changed her email to one of mine so she could not get her password retrivial.

Several of our members including myself received a password reminder retrieval type email last nite of which they nor I requested the password reminder.

One of which was a password reminder for the member I banned and two of the admins and three moderators of my board.

My question is:

Is there a way via the admin area to find out who requested their passwords to be resent during a certain time period or is there a way to track the IP of the persons requesting their passwords?

This question may sound strange but bare with me for a moment. I have a highly controversial Community Website wherein the member that I banned is like the Mayor's gal buddy.

This is not the first time that I have run into issues and our community is in fear of retailiation from the "city leaders" to a point that if this wack job member started typing in member names and requesting passwords, the legitimate member will get spooked thinking that "the man" is trying to figure out who they are.

Ok this sounds like a true conspiracy theory but the retailiation in our community is real and I have been a recipient of it wherein the Mayor's Sister n law who is also the Chairman of the LP Chamber of Commerce contacted my advertisers and threatened them which caused two to remove their ads ( I am in a suit on this and admission of the deed was proven)

I need a way to see who requested their passwords to be sent so that I can further restrict this wack job.

I am fairly new to VB and don't know much about PHP and I am desperate to find a way to do this.

Any advise is greatly appreciated.
Robin
