Thread Ads - Looking for include file, not banner

Hi. Thanks in advance for any ideas you may have.

I have seen the hack that will place a banner in the thread after the first posting https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=79112

I am looking for a hack or advice on how to do this same type of thing with an include file, not a banner. It would be great to be able to add a text message, images with a text message, etc, similar to a html include.
