merging posts sucK!

Ok, that is not very lady like sorry but some of the mods used here are really dumb! If a developer is trying to reply to multi posts that dam dumb mod wants to merge post all the time! Lets get with the program and remove that dumb thing so it does not effect developers trying to manage their mods or reply to user requesting support!

In other words, remove it for the user in the thread that they have released a mod in!

1. It doesn;t do it in the hack release forums
2. its only got a 24 hour limit
3. it keeps bumping of topics down, which people were abusing these rules away.

Can you make for the beta section to! As that has hacks in development.

Thanks

I see where it is a good idea sometimes, but when you are replying to many different people it does nothing more than confuse people! It should be turned of for coders managing their mods!

There should be an over-ride option in the advent that a member wants to
update a thread even if he or she was the last poster. ;)

My suggestion is to implement the warning hack here then if people are breaking the rules.

As it is now, to solve one minor problem, vb.org has created a larger issue with their core members, namely, the coders.

Cheers,

~Regs.
