need help with navbar

Can some one please tell me how to get my two navbars to look like the one here...http://www.ravensrealm.net/

What do your look like now? All I did was edit the original navbar and add another table.

So:
1: Open Navigation / Breadcrumbs / Navbar template.
2: Find this code:

Code:

</script>

<br/>

<br/>

<!-- breadcrumb, login, pm info -->

And add the code for the table directly below.

What welcome page? Are you talking about the full width "Welcome!" module? You must have installed vbaCMPS portal for that to work.

Then all you have to do is create a "full width" module. Nothing fancy there.
