vb 3.03??

Heya,

I've just installed the AWS on vb 3.03, and everything seems to be working fine, I haven't encountered any errors yet, but for some reason my server seems to increase to a very high one every 20/30 minutes after the installation...so I'm wondering if the AWS actually is compatible with vb 3.03??

I assume you mean your server load. There is nothing in AWS which is run every 20-30 minutes. Actually, the only jobs that are run every so often, are the cron jobs, but these are run once a day if set up properly. And yes, AWS was started at vB 3.03, so it should work without a problem.

thanks for the reply. The cron-jobs are indeed set to run daily. The only thing I noticed is that the server load gets high around 15 min each hour. And the cron job running then is 'removing temporarily banned users'...couldn't that one conflict somewhere??

Why you have that running every 15 minutes? Once a day is enough. By the way, this is not an AWS script.

No, I know it's not an AWS script, but I figured it might conflict or something...just guessing ;)...I've now set it to run daily instead of the 15th minute each hour...thanks for that ;)

Actually, I just noticed it is running every 15 minutes on mine as well, so I just changed it! LoL
