holy crap, vbulletin_templatemgr.js
 

this file should be in the /clientscript/ directory right?

I'm editing the file, even deleting entire fuctions and uploading it over the existing vbulletin_templatemgr.js in that folder and it doesn't effect a darn thing. To make sure my changes are there, i'll download it from the server and look -- yep, my changes are there, but they still arn't taking any effect, it's as if the file was never modified.

i'm lost.

Dump your browsers cache and try to load it :)

hrm. I didn't test it last night since I went to sleep. Seems when I woke up the problem was resolved after clearing the cache. Now, new changes I'm making and clearing the cache again arn't seeming to take effect once again.
