Individual flood check for certain users
 

It would be cool to be able to enter an individual flood check for users who abuse the normal one.

I hate to raise it for everyone, so it would be cool to have an option in the admin user.php section for this. You know, if set to 0, user will inherit the default floodcheck, while if you put a number in, then that user will have their own floodcheck amount.

I have tried coding this earlier today but can't seem to find the php files I need to edit.

If someone wants to make this, I will sure install it! :)
