Some Smileys Not Showing

I currently have 25 smileys to be displayed, but usually there are about 2 that don't show up. I found the "broken" code in these cases:

Why would the script be adding smileys without locations (src)? Bug?

Nevermind. I realized this is the "red x" problem addressed in the settings, but since I was using Firefox I didn't see the x's. Haha.
