Search Engine Friendly Archive not working

I cant get the Search Engine Friendly Archive to work (found under vBulletin Options)

All I get are 404 errors, "Page Not Found" when I go to http://www.mydomain.com/forums/archive

I checked to make sure that the pages were uploaded to my server. They are there. And I am running PHP on Apache. What's going on?
