hi i cant upgrade my account
i always get this message :
You cannot view codes as long as you haven't proven your license status!

and at the top of my page i get this error:

To download hacks and get support you will need to go to this(or this for vBulletin-germany users) page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page). If you are not the license owner, you have to ask the owner to add your email addy into that field for you.

When i click on "this" then i have to put a username and password but when i use my forum login and password i cant login...

You need to be using your vbulletin customer number and password to log into that page.

I have the same problem. The link for the German user is wrong and
I cannot take my vbulletin customer number. I tried it, but it was not correct?!
